2 RETURN OPTION.

  •  You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any issue with your order 
  • Return must be initiated within this period. After 48 hours, we are unable to accept return unless the item comes with a manufacturer warranty.

We understand that opening a package and testing a device takes a little time but this option is fair to both of us.

3 ELIGIBLE REASON FOR RETURN.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered (entirely different from what you ordered)
  • Damaged in transit (visible physical damage upon delivery)
  • Item not as described (wrong color, wrong storage size) 

4 NON ELIGIBLE REASON FOR RETURN.

To keep up a balance prices with everyone, we cannot accept returns in this cases;

  • Change of mind after the item has been used or activated.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery (unsupported charger usage,drops, water damage,crack and blank screen from mishandling).
  • Items missing original accessories,box or packaging.
  • Items that are sold as used.

5 UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT.

To genuinely protect both you and us from disputes, we strongly recommend recording an unedited unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed package to when the device is fully checked. This video may be requested as proof if you report a fault, missing item or wrong item.Help us resolve your case faster.

6 MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.

  • We will guide you on how to process a warranty repair/replacement either through us or authorized center.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, cracked or unauthorized repairs.

7 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN.

  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or video of the fault.
  • Our team will review within 24 hours and advise on next step.
  • If approved we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address.Please repackage the item securely with all original accessories,box and receipt/proof of payment.

8 REFUNDS

We sincerely do not offer a refund policy at the moment as all transactions will be on item base.

9 EXCHANGES/SWAPPING

10 WHO COVERS RETURN FEE?.

  • Change of mind or Buyer's error. The customer cover the fee.
  • Our Fault ( wrong item in color size or storage). We cover the fee.
