At HiSmile Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any form
- Items without original packaging
- Software, digital products, or items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are Dead on Arrival (DOA). If you need an exchange, contact us at support@hismiletechng.com.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@hismiletechng.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to the address provided
